How to find the best country?

As everyone knows, there are several ways to travel. Some will prefer the holidays "all inclusive" includes full board accommodation, sometimes with a few excursions. Others prefer to select their trip to the card or even a completely improvised on site. The final category of travelers seem to find happiness by making a joyful mix of both: they hold about 50% of their vacation while leaving a margin of freedom. But how to go home without regret, without saying that we missed the point?

As a child I am, almost every year on vacation with my parents, to save themselves extra stress, were more followers of all inclusive holidays. Obviously, it is not easy to reconcile relaxation and organization with three little darlings at the limit of hyperactivity. So if, in addition to this they had to widen their brains every night to know what would be the next day's program, the word "holiday" would have really lost all meaning.

Over the years the family has been changing its mode of travel and therefore adapted to the needs and desires of each. Of course, we always took care of the hotel to book weeks in advance (even with older children no longer responsible, the "I rush without thinking" still has no place). However, accommodation and transport aside, the rest being decided spontaneously although some were unavoidable planned from the start. I was on the road type of trip that would soon fill me 100%.

For five years now, I free from coercion or other organization: I buy my plane ticket round trip draws loosely on a map the way I want to go more or less and voila! The rest is pure improvisation. However, when I leave for a long time, harnessed my backpack 70l, I provide some relaxing breaks and grant me a break in a beautiful hotel establishment (there was one in a sumptuous hotels in New York ) to recharge the batteries, better leave the country to discover 48 hours later. A discovery off the beaten track and far from any tourist circuit.

It is true that this is not really applicable in all countries of our beautiful planet at any age or life, but if there is agreement from time to time a short stay at the hotel in London, for example -and if you can afford it, why not in a nice hotel near Big Ben (one of my last sweet little crazy), I conclude by saying that "impossible is not French!"
