Who does not dream holiday in the sun? Last year I spent my holidays in Spain on the Costa Blanca. I rented an apartment in a complex with 4 pools, 4 we were friends and we had opted to stay away from the noise in a quiet residential neighborhood and Residencial. This does not prevent us have to go to the wonderful beaches of the Costa Blanca. and spend our evenings in a disco thunder. We had a choice because this side is full of several nightclubs.
Our second week was more cultural and visited remarkable places. Elche and its palm, Alicante, Cartagena and its vestiges, ...
Our choice of accommodation was difficult among the many possibilities.

Torrevieja is located 50 kms south of Alicante, near the edge of the province (Alicante - Valencia) with that of Murcia (Murcia) is a city of 105,000 inhabitants, citizens, which must be add, on average throughout the year, 100 to 120,000 more (non-resident owners) and is a true "melting pot" of some 165 different nationalities, making it a colorful and diverse city, rich cultures . A theater, an auditorium, a Conservatory of Music, museums, cinemas, a casino, shopping malls, a dozen sandy beaches, maintained and monitored, the potential on-site or in the immediate vicinity, to practice golf, tennis, football, handball, volleyball, almost all sports and water sports, land and air, an International Marina and a new marina, a beautiful promenade (Paseo Maritimo) several kilometers ending with a breakwater jutting over the sea (not to be missed), two super-Hospitals well equipped and reputable Alzeimer center, a magnificent center for the disabled, renowned nightlife (Pacha), while a central area dedicated to "out- young people "(cafeterias, bars, boxes, ...), an Olympic swimming pool, 2 Aqua-Parks, a renowned weekly market, two huge salt lakes (classified Natural Park) full of fauna and flora, exceptional, a stable and dry all year round support for the forgiveness of ailments such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, sinusitis, etc ..., a choice of shops of all kinds and restaurants and cafeterias of different backgrounds, etc ... etc ... make it a place of increasingly popular with tourists, nature lovers and all the families and / or couples who want a pied-à-terre or a second home in which to live. The local government and its "Alcalde" (Mayor) are in place for over 20 years. Our only industry is the salt, it produces between 500,000 and 1 million tonnes per year (French Group).
What can I say? I saw that for fifteen years that I have French friends (or not, too) who have lived there for over 30 years, and we have no other intention than to invite you to share with you the happiness we enjoy.
